Bookings

All reservations must be confirmed with a deposit of the cost of the first nights accommodation or a credit/debit card number to guarantee the booking. It must be understood that the credit card number will be used in conjunction with the cancellation policy.

 

Cancellations

Any non arrivals are subject to a charge of the whole booking up to a maximum of 3 days. Any cancellation made within 24 hours is subject to a charge of the first nights accommodation. Any cancellation made 48 - 24 hours of arrival date is subject to a cancellation charge of 50% of the first nights accommodation. Cancellation made more than 48 hours ahead of arrival will incur no cancellation charge, and any deposit will be refunded in full.
